Garden waste gets a new string to its bow

Our innovative garden waste system has a new string to its bow!

Our garden waste system is already innovative in its design at Torbay, where we work with SWISCo to help administer the Garden waste subscription service.

At SWISCo, instead of sending out stickers yearly, we track bins and collect only the subscribed ones. This means a rolling admission window for residents and no subsequent admin bottlenecks for the team.

With all renewals automated, there is no need for admin intervention for renewals.

And now, we have added the ability to pay via Direct Debit by working with SWISCo's chosen partner, Access Pay Suite.

Residents now have the flexibility to pay yearly in one go via online or over-the-phone payment, or they can opt for a rolling Direct Debit to spread out the cost. This new payment option not only benefits the residents but also streamlines the administrative processes.

Our garden waste system is one of the least labour-intensive options on the market today.
