Anti-social behaviour 'nightmare' ignored, says report

A recent news article on the BBC about Anti-Social Behaviour caught our eye. It discussed how harmful ASB can be and in the story the below quote popped out at us.

The Local Government Association said: "Councils know people look to them to tackle the anti-social behaviour, which can make a law-abiding resident's life hell or blight an entire neighbourhood.

"It's a role they take extremely seriously but one which is being made increasingly challenging as a result of losing 60p out of every £1 they had from government to spend on services in the past decade."

We know money is tighter than ever and that communities still expect so much from their local authorities, we personally saw the effects from years of the cuts first hand whilst still working for a local authority and consequently saw the remaining officers picking up the extra work left behind and that’s where our ASB system can help. ESB Anti-Social Behaviour is a cloud software service that readily and effectively meets all of your needs for the handling of ASB complaints, reports, investigation activities, enforcement, prosecution and risk assessments. Its purpose is to take out as much of the work that can be automated as possible away from council officers freeing them up to deal with more important matters.

And because we know budgets are tight our price is plain and simple, £5,995 PA no matter the size of team! The standard set up fee is £2,000. We won’t hit you with unfair extra charges on top of that for individual user licenses and there are no hidden extras.

We are horrified by what’s going on in Ukraine, as I'm sure you are. Particularly cutting are the scenes showing young children and families fleeing a war zone or worse. At least 3 million people have fled their homes to escape conflict in Ukraine. Leaving behind jobs, belongings and loved ones, they now face an uncertain future. This morning we made a donation to the Disasters Emergency Committee.

We suggest to both our employees and customers that employing a strong password, with a mix of capitalised letters, numbers and special characters is the most effective way of reducing the chance of being compromised by unauthorised access. However, we don’t force regular password changes for several reasons.
