Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council Go-Live with our HWRC Booking & Permit system!

We are delighted to announce another go-live! Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council have recently launched our HWRC Booking and Permit System, marking a significant milestone in streamlining site access and enhancing operational efficiency. 

The system, now live, introduces smarter controls to reduce congestion at their Bickenhill Household Waste and Recycling Centre, while also preventing commercial misuse, ensuring fair and sustainable access for all residents. 

Included in the product is a DVLA look-up. The look-up determines the make and colour of the vehicle from the registration plate entered on the form. These DVLA details are then displayed on the booking checker dashboard, which is extremely useful for the site staff, as this helps them identify the vehicles as they arrive on site.

In addition to this, SMBC are also benefitting from our reporting area, providing them with key analytical insights. These reports include a count of bookings created per vehicle type, bookings created per ward, the most frequent visitors by vehicle registration and many more! By default, all of our custom reports include a date range selector. This allows users to choose a predefined date range, or enter specific start and end dates.
