The upcoming G-cloud 13 release that is due to go-live on 9th November includes 28 listed ESB products, many of which are existing applications. However, this year’s release contains 5 new ESB products which will be available to purchase directly from the marketplace post go-live. One of the new products is our ESB housing licensing management system.
Our ESB housing licensing management system is a bundled offering of our ESB licensing and ESB housing management products. It offers the ability to perform housing enforcement and inspections as well as HHSRS scoring and enforcement notice production along with selective, mandatory, additional, voluntary and short term lets licensing.
The main purpose of the product is to provide an authority with an efficient and cost-effective way of managing licensing applications online from start to finish, all in one system.
It allows a comprehensive fully online service to submit and track applications for selective, additional or mandatory HMO licences. It also enables your customers to view historic licenses, re-download certificates for existing licences and it also provides the legislative public register for licences.
Regarding online payments, these can be taken through your preferred payment provider and can be processed in two parts, one for application and then a payment for the actual license. Alternatively, there is a flow in the system to accommodate your internal invoicing system, allowing invoices to be raised separately and then recording them in the licensing portal system.
