Pentagull is pleased to announce the release of Enterprise ServiceBuilder v1.5.3.
Highlights of this release include a brand new, fully self-contained WebDAV server providing greatly enhanced document management functionality, improvements to mapping within the Self-Service module, a range of product-wide user interface enhancements as well as fixes to a number of customer-reported issues.
Customers on Pentagull's cloud-based platform will receive this update automatically within the next 14 days. Customers with on-premise installations will be contacted by Pentagull Technical Support to arrange a convenient time for their system to be upgraded.

Today Pentagull released the latest update to its flagship service delivery platform, Enterprise ServiceBuilder. This release includes support for Windows 7 and Office 2010, as well as enhancements to the ServiceBuilder Client and a number of product-wide fixes.

Blackpool Council has awarded Pentagull a three to five year software support and development contract starting 1 August 2011. The contract includes supporting the ESB portfolio of applications and the Council's ICT development plan.
